Prose/Poetry Guidelines:
There is a maximum of 2500 words per piece and a maximum of 3 pieces of any medium per author per submission period.
Please submit your piece as a Word document and title the file according to the following example:
[title]_[genre]_[Spring2025]submission

Translation Guidelines:
Source material must be provided and must be in the public domain, otherwise permission from the author or the possessor of publication rights must be explicitly provided to the translator.
We accept both creative and traditional translations. A translator’s statement, should you wish to provide one, can be no longer than 1 page in length.
Limit of 2500 words for one translated piece (translator’s statement not included).
Please title the file according to the following example: [title]_Translation_[Spring2025]submission

If you choose to provide a translator’s statement along with a translation, be aware that we may decide to publish your translation alone.
General Information:
Please do NOT include your name anywhere in any submitted files.
Submissions cannot have been previously published. If you are submitting a piece simultaneously to multiple places, please let us know if your piece is accepted anywhere else.
We will only accept THREE submissions of any type from a single author.
Please only submit one piece per form! You can fill out the form multiple times.
Word document files are highly encouraged! PDFs are also acceptable. ​
